This is for one custom Last Will and testament. We will come to you and meet in the privacy of your own home, or a nearby convenient location. You will receive 2 copies of your will plus a digital copy. Note- A will requires 2 adult witnesses who are not named in the will. We will act as one witness, and you must provide another.

A Health Care Directive states your medical treatment wishes if you can’t speak for yourself. It tells doctors what to do — or not do — if you’re unconscious or can’t speak.

A POA gives someone you trust authority to act on your behalf. It lets someone make medical or financial decisions if you’re unable to.

NOTORIZATION
We can officially notarize any document. In order to do this you must provide two adult witnesses who are not in your will (According to IL law, we cannot notarize a document and sign as a witness to it.)
