– Full name of the person you want to handle your estate

– (Optional) A backup executor in case your first choice is unavailable

– Full names of people you want to receive your property
– What you want each person to receive (specific items, percentages, etc.)
4. Guardianship (if you have minor children)
– Full name of your chosen guardian
